1st Class responded promptly to my request for a quote to clean two deep pile rugs. Their quote was reasonable given that it included collection and delivery and the removal of pet stains and odour. Their communications, via text/email were timely and when speaking to Brett I found him to be friendly, polite and he took the time to explain the process used. A timescale for returning the rugs was given and this was adhered to with the customer being given the flexibility of fitting in the return to suit their convenience. 1st Class Carpet Cleaners provide an excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Amazing lads. The quality of there work was brilliant we had alot of stains and bad diy cleans for them to work on and all i can say is WOW. made our carpets look brand new i wouldnt use anyone else now. yes they were a bit more than some others but i can see why as they say you pay what you get. also they shown me there insurance aswell that alot of companys wouldt do so very trustworthy..
