I love language and communication. I am bilingual (French/English). I am fascinated by the words people choose to use and by the conversations that are created around those.
I have coached and developed high performing teams as an educator around the world to over 25,000 students and 5,000 educators (both teachers and non-teachers). I have led workshops in the UK and around the world where I have influenced another 1000 educators. If I can do this with those people, I can do this with you.
I have a track record of leading change with over 20 years + experience in leadership managing a £15-million budget in the public sector. Coaching has been a core part of how I have led my teams for over 20 years. Now I use my experience for coaching leaders who are driving change around the world.
